Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Roh product. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within:

  • 3 days from the date of in-store purchase
  • 3 days from the date of online delivery

Conditions:

  • You must provide your order or invoice number
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging (dust bags, carton boxes, etc.)
  • Items purchased during sale periods are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Once your returned item is approved, we’ll process your replacement and any price difference within 48 hours.

Note: Online purchases must be exchanged through our online store only.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You provide valid proof of purchase

If eligible, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
